Activities that help the body release endorphins.

Endorphins are neurotransmitters produced by the pituitary gland and hypothalamus gland. They are natural hormones that help relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve mood.

The human body produces more than 20 different endorphins, each with a different function. But beta-endorphins excel at relieving stress and pain, and are more effective than morphine.

When our body feels stressed or in pain, the nervous system sends pain signals to the brain and the body releases endorphins to block the pain signals to the nerve cells. This mechanism acts as an off-switch, allowing us to continue our activities even when the situation is challenging and stressful because our nature is to avoid things that cause pain and do things that make us feel good instead.

Tips you can do to boost the production of happiness hormones every day:

Exercise regularly: Exercise not only makes your body strong, but also increases the level of endorphins in your body, which are hormones that play a role in creating feelings of happiness and reducing stress.

Get some morning sunlight:  Sunlight helps stimulate the body’s production of serotonin, a hormone that helps regulate mood and sleep.

Listen to your favorite music:  When we listen to music, our brain releases dopamine and  serotonin which make us happy and feel good. The higher the concentration of these hormones, the better our brain can remember those events.

Eat foods that contain important nutrients: It is like energizing the body, helping the systems to work efficiently, resulting in good health in both physical and emotional aspects.

Build good relationships: Spending time with people you love, whether it’s your lover, ยูฟ่าเบท, family, friends or pets, is a way to build good relationships with them, which can increase the levels of dopamine and endorphins in the body.

Laugh often: Laughing not only makes you feel good, but it also increases the levels of endorphins and serotonin in the body.

Do something you love: Whether it’s drawing, reading, or playing music, doing something you love can stimulate the production of dopamine in your body.

Practice meditation: because stress is what disrupts the production of serotonin in the body. The longer someone accumulates stress, the lower their serotonin levels will be. Therefore, you should avoid stress from various situations as much as possible or find a way to relieve stress. When you are under stress or pressure, taking a break to calm your mind by focusing on your breathing or meditating is another way to help your mind relax and calm down. Try closing your eyes and breathing in and out for 30 minutes to help reduce your stress levels. It also helps increase your body’s endorphins, making you feel refreshed, youthful, and sleep better.
